SMS Terms of Service
These terms apply to the CyberJustice Law Group text messaging program and supplement our general website terms.
These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the CyberJustice Law Group text messaging program (the "Program") operated by The Hoda Law Firm, PLLC d/b/a CyberJustice Law Group ("CyberJustice," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and our SMS Privacy Policy .
Program Description
The Program sends automated and manual text messages to individuals who provide express written consent. Messages may relate to your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, case evaluation updates, document requests, and other important firm communications related to a potential or existing legal matter.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to the Program by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or other firm-approved web form where mobile phone numbers are collected. Opt-in requires an unchecked box that you must actively select. Providing a phone number on a form without checking the SMS consent box does not enroll you in the Program.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of submitting an inquiry, receiving a consultation, or hiring our firm.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of your inquiry or matter. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. During active intake or consultation scheduling, you may receive several messages in a short period.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. CyberJustice Law Group does not charge recipients for text messages sent through the Program, but your carrier may charge standard messaging rates.
Supported Carriers and Delivery
The Program is available on participating U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and your device settings.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from CyberJustice Law Group. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive Program messages unless you opt in again. If you need assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

For help with the Program, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [email protected] or (832) 848-0036 .
