Our story

CyberJustice Law Group is an imprint of The Hoda Law Firm, which was founded in 2021 by attorney Marshal Hoda. Marshal has spent years representing victims of cybercrime. He has focused, in particular, on representing hardworking Americans victimized by the epidemic crypto-enabled investment frauds known as pig-butchering scams.

Marshal's legal work in the crypto space began in the aftermath of the FTX collapse, representing depositors seeking to recover assets trapped in the exchange's insolvency proceedings. Not long after, when a member of his own family fell victim to a pig-butchering scam, the mission became personal. In the years since, Marshal has been a leader in developing processes and techniques for getting victims their hard-earned money back.

Today, Cyber Justice Law Group is one of the few firms in the nation representing victims of pig-butchering, and other crypto-enabled scams and cybercrimes. With in-house blockchain forensics and deep technical expertise, we trace stolen funds, pursue recovery, and hold cybercriminals accountable.
